In a market overflowing with modification options, it's not easy to stand out. But that's exactly what British shop Chelsea Truck Company has aimed to do with its custom-built Wrangler. Dubbed Volcanic Moss Black Hawk edition, CTC's re-imagination of the Jeep takes a unique approach to enhancing the vehicle.

Chelsea Truck Company

Chelsea Truck Company is known for its wild takes on Mercedes and Land Rover SUVs. And they've applied the same 'rugged luxury' philosophy to the Wrangler. The Volcanic Moss receives a bulkier look, accentuated by the tactile visual of the textured matte paint.

Rugged Exterior

Designed by CTC's styling partner Afzal Kahn and his Kahn Design studio, the aggressive Wrangler features bolstered-up front and rear fenders. The exposed rivets/bolts give the Jeep an even more rugged vibe. The front and rear fenders have also been redesigned, as well as the grille. An LED light bar sits ahead of the removable roof panel, further demonstrating the truck's off-roading capability.

Luxurious Interior

You can't have 'rugged luxury' without luxury. And for the CTC Wrangler's interior space, Kahn designed high-quality orange leather seats as well as matching trim around the cabin. The contrasting styles of the interior and exterior strangely fit very well together.

Complete Build

Not much has been modified in terms of the mechanics, other than a custom exhaust and a lift kit. Every one of the features utilized in the Volcanic Moss Black Hawk edition can be purchased separately. But the price of admission for the complete build is £49,999, which converts to about $70,000.
