Well we managed to get a 12 valve cummins, 2 turbos, intercooler, intercooler piping, rad, 4" exhaust, brake booster, shock tower supports, and one large red air filter all jammed in under the hood of our jeep.

Still a bit more to do until we fire the engine but it is so close we can taste it

We made up a skid plate to protect the underside of the transfercase. Also made up a rear hitch that also supports the sway bars and fuel cell at the same time.

This week we got the fuel lines run, battery cables routed, the last pic shows the fuel return from injectors & injection pump since the factory filter assembly was replaced by the FASS system. we are VERY close to getting this rig running.

i like the brake on the output shaft of the transfer case. is this the only way it can be done with the portals?

That brake you see on the transfercase is the parking brake, we have some monster Willwood brakes on the portals themselves

It is cable operated. for transportation saftey reasons a parking brake must be manual. they also say that the tires have to be covered by the fenders but who's looking.
