I dont think yall have to go through that much trouble. I think the idea of a metal bar would looks pretty darn cool and should be a lot easier than raising the bed.

Like this but without the chrome of course... black about the same width of the rendered rock sliders would looks BAD ASS... and definatly different. You could also use it to have a removable tire carrier so the tire was on the top of the bed and it would be able to attach to the side bars and be removable for carring a load.

Are going to have a proper drop style/truck tail gate? It would be a shame to do all that work and have a swing out gate.

Now that we have a rough idea of where the motor needs to sit, we can begin the process of reinforcing the frame, adding motor mounts and so on... This was a big step in the right direction.

Is that just OK and NORMAL that the engine looks like it will be just inside the cabin? damn! that's one big engine! this project is sick!

Ya, I have seen that. Not overly impressed with the looks of it though. I am sure MBRP could rig up something a little sleeker.

Bring me back something nice from MBRP

Alright guys, looking for a little feed back here...We have been working on paint and have a few options we'd like to hear what you guys think of. If you want to make it real simple, just post up the number you prefer... The options are below, and each picture is numbered 1-4.

1

2

3

4

None of these are 100% yet, but we'd just like to see what you guys think. Thanks again for the feed back!
