I was thinking window level. Right now it looks like everything slopes back

Ya I agree window level at least or hood level would help the "sloped" look. However if rails are added that should help a lot too. Great Job with this project. Really cool!

Man and to think the Mighty "C" is 1175 pounds Head , Block , Crank , Rods, Pistons, Timing Gearcase , P7100 , and valve cover LOL. I remember the first time I pulled the head off a buddies dodge. ... yeah 227 pounds fo dead iron .. use picker LOL

Say I don't remember but are you going to run a D60 up front? The 30/44 will crumple with engine weight LOL

I personally just found out about the Portals today! These should be built to support the extra 1000+ lbs up front.

I think a tube the same width as the rock sliders (if your going tubular like the rendering) would finish the line.

I dont want to call your masterpiece ugly but it needs something to finish the line back there. even a bedlined roll-over painted black might finish the line or add enough relief.

You guys always get what you want... I was just informed that the box will be raised up to look more like the rendering.

We have some good shots of the progress made the past few days. The fire wall was cut back to make room for the motor/trans and is sitting in place. This should give you an idea of how large this motor really is compared to the stock 3.8L.

Now that we have a rough idea of where the motor needs to sit, we can begin the process of reinforcing the frame, adding motor mounts and so on... This was a big step in the right direction.
