I'll vouch for the "Backroads Mapbook" too

They just (about 3 months ago) came out with a new edition for Manitoba. Every trail I've ever been down has been shown on the map in this book. They are available in a number of stores here, and they always have them at Chapters

I did not know a book like this existed. Sounds like it would be handy if you wanted to go for a drive and see what's around. Will have to get this.
