Right on!

Chris...we should get people to list how many in each Jeep, just to get an approx. number of belly's we are feeding. Is your Dad tagging along for this trip??

2 groups of 8-10 an hour apart wouldnt be a bad idea.

If you wanted both vehicles tune at the same time, you will need 2 programmers. OR
you can detune one Jeep and move the tuning to the other Jeep.

So it looks like you can. Remember to update the Flashpaq prior to leaving for the trip. Hope that helps.
