I was going to extend my breathers next weekend anyway... but I don't think a snorkel will be in my budget before this trip, and based on the water I have seen on the trails in/around kelowna and what I remember from Whipsaw years ago, I am thinking its gonna be a little too deep for my Rubicon at stock height. Maybe if I get my lift before the 24th I will make it, but otherwise I think I will just slow all you guys with 35s and 37s down.
every deep water crossing has a bypass.

There will be a stock Sahara with us as well. I wouldn't worry about slowing anyone down. I'm not driving 10 hrs to Princeton to race my JK... I have 33's and even with a snorkel will drive a bypass on anything I'm not comfortable taking my rig through. I say come with. I've never met any of the guys going on this trip and have never done the Whipsaw but feel comfortable that this should be a god trip and a good group of people. Come along.

Really?? I didn't remember there being a bypass for a couple of em, had to be winched out of one when I had my YJ.. but like I said, it's been years since I was there.

You would know better then I do for sure having gone far more recently then I have, and far more frequently.

Everyone is welcome. We're not rushing through the trail and more than a few stockers have made it through unscathed.

You should make it out! Take your time and like many have stated there is by-passes. Trust me I took a few last year & ensured I either followed English Steve or Mud Ninja and watch them go through the puddles first as they both had the same height JK and I knew if they had trouble...it was bypass time

My rig is a Daily Driver...really can't afford to have it Hydrolocked or trashed.....but I am still going and may take a few by-passes if the situation looks very uncomfortable for my abilities and my JKU's ability!

Hi Jebus:

I'm the basically stock Sahara unlimited that's going on the trip, and the way I see it, it is so much more capable than my old YJ, plus there is a good group who will be able to help me out when I get into trouble, so I am looking forward to this adventure. I don't have a snorkle either, so I will be taking things easy.
