There is nothing we would love to do more than do a raffle but, as mentioned, raffles are considered to be a "lottery" and unfortunately, illegal to do. It is frustrating to say the least.

I am sure you already researched it, but is it difficult to set up a not for profit for this family? Clueless when it comes to these things....

Lottery options
Are there any states in the USA that allow this form of raffle ? Would it be possible to run the draw from that state ?
You could always run it from Australia, I would love to win this spectacular ride.

In Texas we have raffles and Casino nights for fundraiser. This would draw alot more money for the family if individuals could buy say $25 tickets. California's position on this stinks.

Other than that weird thing that struck me,,,,,,,this is a great build, for a great cause!!! I cant read more than a page of the crumudgen's thread without tearing up. thoughts and prayers still go to the family. Thank you, everyone, who had a hand in this build.
