i dont know what to do...... youtube fails.

I have uploaded nearly 50 videos over the last three years to youtube, it works fine.
What settings are you using? Its pretty straight forward. Hell, if you want, IM me your user/password (I assume this is an account created just for this video, change the password to something simple if you like). If its already uploaded, it should be simple to get working.
