If you go on Safelite's website (safelite.com) you can get a quote for a windshield in your area. For my area, $264 for a non-factory version or $414 for one with the little Jeep and Grille for the 2011/12.

I think I'm on my 4th replacement windshield :\

I had two crack on me about a month apart - that bummed me out. They both caught a rock down on the very bottom edge, about 1/4" up. In the black area. I'm glad Massachusetts auto insurance takes care of it for us.

I've had great results with Safelite so far, FWIW. They even put our inspection stickers on nice and straight and square. I gave them props for that.

I have 2 years on mine and it still is going strong. Still so many pits and chips from rock salt... it gives the window a cloudy look somewhat lol. I will replace it when it cracks.
My girls 2010 got a crack from a rock when we drove down to NC a few months ago. She replaced it with a generic one under insurance (100$ co pay).
I should ask safelite if they can replace mine, since my wipers are getting eaten up every month by the pitted glass.

I got a chip in the upper corner and did not notice it so it cracked the whole way down. I had abra repair it, what a mistake. They used a sawsall looking tool with a flat putty knife and chipped the paint up. Then the insurance company made them paint it and they left tape lines around the windshield about 1" out all the way around so now I had the insurance company give me permission to take it to a dealership body shop and they are replacing the frame since it was so badly dented and painting the front of my jeep. Never will I use abra or anyone my insurance recommends.

On my 5th windshield in a little over 2 years. Thank goodness for the 5 year windshield warranty from the dealer for @$300. Definitely worth it.

I pay nothing. For zero comp on my insurance it cost me an extra whopping $26/year. I can replace the windshield as often as I want.
