Default Windshield replacement

Ok.....Can I get an idea from all you JK owners on how many times you have had to replace your front windshield since purchasing your new or used JK? I have a 2008 model and have already replaced it once and will have to replace it once again within a 1 month's period because of road damage. Is it me or is a this model Jeep's windshield more susceptible to stone/debris damage?

I replaced mine once this year. One tip is to check the frame around the window after the replacement to make sure they did not mar the paint. On mine about 60% of the window frame was scratched down to bare metal.

replaced it once so far..i'll be coming up on the two year anniversary of buying it new in a a couple weeks.... i thought i would have had to do it again by now, but luckily not yet... yes its thinner than they used to be, but all cars are thinner glass now... the JK is more likely to have the windshield chip and break because the glass is so perpendicular to the ground... things smack right into it as apposed to hitting at an angle and bouncing off... its the same reason we get so many bugs stuck on the glass
