Default Will 285/70/17 fit?

I have a 2012 jku arctic edition with red shocks. Will 285/70/17 tires fit for the most part? Better choices with that size.

Absolutly, ran 285 duratrac's on mine before I lifted it. Will need spacers or you will rub the swaybar at full turn. Heres a pic.

I have them on now...if you buy after market wheels with 4.5" backspacing you'll be fine or spacers with stock

My buddy runs 285/75r16 on stock rims and only rubs at full turn. You need 1.5 inches to clear at that size, I would recommend you get wheels that are backspaced over spacers. Www.jegs.com has great deals on wheels. I just ordered 4" backspaced 16's and a set of Guard Dogs from www.treadwright.com great retreads. Even with fairly regular offroading I will get 30k out ofthem minimum. Thru tend to last 50k without wheelin.
