I don't know if these images will help or not, but they're photos of my '07 with the Mopar Sunbonnet safari top. The header bar is similar to my softtop's. The center strap in the upper picture is unique to the Sunbonnet.

Thanks for all the feedback so far.
If I bought an 07-09 top, I'd be sure to get all the hardware, door surrounds, etc., if that would help the fit on my 10.
Stupid question: what's the footman's loop?

don't waste your money on a factory soft top get a trek top. I just finnished helping a neighbor put his factory soft top on for the fist time, what a pos. Now i'm really glad i got the trek top.

For the Record the 2010 door surrounds are what will keep you from using an earlier soft top. So as long as you buy the door surrounds to match the top, then it should be okay.

co sign on that 07-09 all will work together... with a little work... the footman's loop space will have to be dremeled out a little bit so that it can seat properly. For the 2010's they changed the way that it opens and closes using a spring retained system instead of the traditional snap in. So as stated above you would have to buy new door pieces...
