Got rear ended this morning by Honda CRV, honda got towed because of radiator leaked and other damage. But was nothing on my JKU, not even scratch. Lady got into spare tire.

Wow, that is what I am calling great american tank! I need metal bumpers!!!

Glad to see no injuries... Enough of a crumple on the rear bumper to justify an aftermarket one?

Jeesh, all that damage to the other car and nothing too yours? Your tailgate didn't even get dented in by the spare tire pushing against it?

Nothing, gate open and close fine. Under tire cover no cracks or damages, nothing. Jesus watched my Jeep this morning

I can see damage to the rear bumper in the pic. Your impact absorber needs to be replaced for sure. Take it to a body shop, you may have frame damage. It'll need to be measured by a pro on a frame machine. Frame damage can be invisible, even to trained eyes. I'd also bet your tail gate is wrinkled a little behind the tire.

These things are actually tin cans. You jut got hit by a smaller tin can. Jeeps actually tend to take a lot more damage than most cars when they run into stuff. It's not uncommon for us to total a Jeep in a minor offset front end accident because it destroys the axle, suspension and frame mounts.

Go look at IIHS crash tests to see how much of a "tank" we're driving.

Nothing visible to me, I looked under nothing as well. I just power-washed rear end and look under again, nothing in this area damaged visually to me. I am sure it could be some hidden damage but i doubt at this point. Honda hit my tire into hood first, hood cracked all other parts on this plastic junk body.

I don't know why you wouldn't want to be double sure. Get your jeep checked out and get that peace of mind. A damaged frame may not be visible to the naked eye but would have huge adverse effects. There's no reason to not have it looked at, the accident wasn't even your fault.

I think what you are mistaking for visible damage to the bumper is road salt.

I will, i am saying that so far it is fine. i don't think bumper even contacted honda. Tire took all ... However any punch would stress anything, i agree.
