Who has built mopar half doors?
Did you assemble hinges then send for paint?
Or did you paint door & hinges seperate then assemble and adjust?
Then back to painter for door hinge bolts?

I had everything painted first, then I assembled them.
ETA: I painted the torx bolts with touch up paint, but they aren't holding up well. I just touch them up every now and again.
