whistle sound at low speed

i have two sets of whistles...

the first...
top down and the "hooks" on the soft top track catch wind and sometimes whistle

the second...
unknown origin, only occurs when accelerating and stops as soon as i let me foot off the gas. I thought it may be the stock intake box... dont really know.

Have you dealer service check the pinion bearing and seal.

Is this the same squeak issue that many of us with 6 speeds are having right at 2000 RPM when off the clutch?

mslc10: I have the same problem! I've trouble shot mine to at least this, it doesn't squeal when cold, I have to have been driving for a few minutes, and its really really annoying! I'm going to go out and push my jeep around with everything off to see if it still squeals. I'll let you know. Havn't had time to take it to the dealer yet.
