Default Whistle @ 35-45 MPH

The Wife's JKU has a very annoying whistle at about 35-45 MPH. It is not the freedom panels as I have already trouble shot those. Whistles with and without them.
Anyone else experience this. If so, what is it?
We'll get the dealer to look at it when we take in for the first service, but boy is it annoying!

I've heard improperly installed windshields can cause that....

Could be the gasket between the windshield and the window frame air leak as Rebar pointed out,

Could be the winshield frame to body gasket, the part that seals when the winshield is not folded down, this usually fails if the winshield ever gets folded down even once. Not an awesome seal.

If u have a lightbar or any new accessories mounted in front half of outside of vehicle that could be the source as well.

At what speed does the whistle occur?

A good way to isolate body gaps/leaks that might be the cause is to cover with masking tape and road test. I've heard of uneven gaps between the windshield and frame causing whistles.

Ah, I'll get the painters tape out and start taping off the windsheild, and other gaps until I find it. Good suggestion!

My 2011 2dr. did the same thing. I found a small gap about 1/16" in the rear window rubber gasket. I noticed it when I saw a small amount of fine dust on the window. I cleaned it and put a small piece of black electrical tape over it. That was four years ago. Tape is still there and no whistle. Have thought about taking the tape off and using a dab if black silicone. Easy fix after I found it!
