Pull the positive battery cable for 10 minutes and the light will go out.

True that. The light being on isn't really what troubles me, it's more of not knowing exactly what caused it to illuminate in the first place that does.

This no telling what cause it. U could take it to auto zone and have see if they pull a code off of it. I doubt they will but for piece of mind it might be worth it.

I just did a random check of the 3.8L and 3.6L codes.
All the ones I checked say at the end of the description "Three good trips to turn off the MIL".

what I was talking about was for all odb2 vehicles.
