you have a weak crimp in one or more of those connectors from the metal to the "rubber" line(s). Those are the lines to and from the transmission cooler.

UPDATE!
The leak is coming from a larger hose that is above...it is the one covered in some protective braided skin.
The hose above that metal bar
So what is this? Where does it go? How do I fix it?

thats the power steering line. look for your hole / crack. hard turning in deep snow can overheat it. i would clean some of the ice off there before going to the dealer just to play it safe.

Sounds like the Jeep is in an area where there are no dealerships and the weather is so cold you'll never get rid of the ice.
