i opened up a spare set from ebay, i baked them BUT the lenses crazed a bit. so im looking for suggestions....

 

not really understanding your post.

to change the bulbs just reach in from the back and remove the socket retainer.

To change the housings you have to pop off the grill and remove the retaining ring.

If you are changing bulbs be sure not to touch the glass of the new bulbs. Any oil from fingers can cause the bulbs to burn up prematurely.
