Can you elaborate on "proper bump stops"?

There are a lot of good suspension companies. I have two friends running the Rock Krawler 2 1/2 and it works great. Im running 3" Full Traction and it works for me. Synergy, Metal Cloak and teraflex are popular kits with quality components. I would avoid Rough Country, Pro comp, and Rubicon express.

I have a metal cloak with BDS fox shocks. I wanted the best ride I could get within reason since I spend a lot of time on the road. The control arm bushings are different in the metal cloak arm. They are not the traditional johnny joint type that others use. They will absorb more jarring than the traditional joints are still repairable. The fox shocks work well for the rough rock roads at 20 mph and seem to be very smooth on the road. They have been revalved by BDS for the JK. My goal was smooth ride as a primary concern. I wanted the 3.5 lift with the 35's because I like the look however the lift will flex enough to use all the space.
