Default what else can I do with my stock tires/wheels?

Once I get my new wheels and tires, id like to seel the 17" aluminum wheels and goodyear tires I have on my jeep stock, but I live in an area where online sales don't make much sense (not heavily populated), and too expensive to ship. Should I just put it in the classifieds? Would any tire shops want these? What have you guys done with your tires?

Craigslist is a good place, even if not near a major town people will drive for a deal

put a hemi in the jeep and shread those tires

what about ebay? I know a lot of people sell em on there and have buyer pay for shipping. Could always try local classifieds first, maybe someone will buy them just for the tires

there are a bunch of people trying to sell the OEM set of wheels on Craigslist Vancouver for around $1000 for the set.

Way overpriced, you should try craigslist and post it in the victoria area or something, totally free.

Good call, I'd be happy with selling them for $400-$500 just to offset the cost of the new gear a bit.

thanks for the ideas guys.

You may have better luck dismounting the tires from the wheels and selling both separately.

I sold my 34,000 mile used 225-75-16 stock Wranglers in a yard sale for $60.00

If a person doesn't have to worry about the wheels bolting up he may be more inclined to buy the tires.

And if another Jeeper want to buy just the wheels. It's a lot less weight to ship without the tires.

Make coffee tables out of them and sell them as art!
