I went to town fair tire for a quote. Tires and wheels. 35-12.5-17 and fuel wheels final cost quote was just over 5000. Wtf. I almost passed out. What did you guys pay?

$2400 shipped to my door. 35's on 17's. procomp wheels and tires. Got them through Bustabizz.

Wow that's too much, I have 37s right now on my stock wheels but I'm ordering 5 beadlocks and 5 37x tires and its going to be under $5k.

Did they include a lift in there as well? 35's won't fit without a lift.

No the lift would be done before tires. Rock crawler 3.5".

So they didn't add that into the quote, right? You're getting that done somewhere else, on a separate bill?

It also helps if you tell us which wheels/tires you were looking at. For all we know, you picked out some titanium wheels or something and that's why the cost is so high.

When I was looking at 35's, a BFG A/T was going to be like $290 for each tire before tax, mount, balance, etc... It still doesn't add up to $5k even with a new set of wheels, so tell us what they quoted and we can tell ya where they might have over-charged or where the added expense is going

Look on Craigslist first. I scored some new (1500 miles) mtr-Ks for a grand.... It's all about being willing to travel
