What is the Correct Brake wire for an Electronic Brake Control?

OK after hrs of hunting a brake relay, I have not yet found this relay, starting to feel like this is a FORD, no one knows where the hell anything is on the vehical, searching on line and forums to come up with a hundred different wires and relays to hunt for. There are Tow fuses installed in the fuse box but what do they go to?? I see there are CD for service manuals, but cant find where to buy one at. Does anyone have a PDF of a manual or wiring schematic for a 09 Rubican unlimited that I can buy or get a copy of???? Please Help! Thanks, Joe

Its the white wire with the tan stripe.
