Default What Brand Rotor?

Need some help choosing a brand and type of rotor. Not looking for anything fancy with holes and slots. Just a replacement since my old factory got 80k. I figure that's pretty good.

Here are some of the brands I was looking at:

1. NAPA (not sure what model, I see many different types posted in threads)

2. Centric C Tex

3. Wagner

I have the AutoZone Gold ceramic pads with the lifetime warranty so I have to stick with them for a few more cycles to get my money back.

Thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.

Haven't done the JK brakes yet, but on my passenger car I've had really good wear (and no warping!) with Napa premium rotors and Napa ceramic pads on the front. Have seen some posts that ceramic pads shouldn't be used on the rear brakes, but don't know what that's about

I'm starting to think that nothing special inexpensive rotors might be the way to go on this. Maybe I'll just get the autozone brand. If Chrysler can make it 80k then maybe any company can. Lol

I know a few who have used the BrakeMotive kit on eBay.

Ive tried so many different brand rotors on vehicles.. they all worked the same and acted the same. Even the drilled ones..

The only thing that changed the wear of the rotor was pad styles.

I ended up getting centric. Might have spent a little too much on them but I guess something that lasts 80k is worth spending a few extra bucks.

Thank you for the posts and help.

Default i bought Napa

good enough price and works fine ! only thing is i saw the drum rotors surface rust within a week . orange .. hit it with rustolium @ rotations i suppose . im telling you jeep must have shares in spray can companys . Lets face it , you need cases after cases of spray cans during ownership of a jeep . somthing no other vehicle ive ever owned needed so often . The fact is they are rust pigs . worst rust issues ive ever seen on any vehicle . But i believe its China the metal USA is using , has rust in every thing to start with, cheap metal or somthing . ive never seen anything turn so rusty so fast in my life . Can you say GARRRBAGE

maybe i should just buy a rusty brown color paint for underside so it all blends well
