i have several of these spots/holes It wouldnt hurt to try and get it replaced but if they dont replace it its no big deal. I have never had a pinhole leak unless you're at point blank with a power washer.

Hadn't been camping, top was down during 4th of July. If it were a meteorite there would be a hole on the seat
I was thinking tent sealer or superglue ??

I had one of those after a trail run, I figured it was a rock that hit it. I am not sure, because I found it after the weekend trail ride, one day the top was down, and the other day, the top was up (was mudding). Anyway, I got instant vinyl from jo ann fabrics. I put masking tape on the inside, that stuff on the outside and let it dry. Worked real well, flexible and still holding, after 2 years.

The tent sealer is better then superglue in this case. I had my soft top leak on my TJ in the rear corner where the frame pushed against the top by the window. It would leak badly so I used the tent sealer that you use to seal the seams in tent. Its like a thick silicon looking goo. Nice thing is it is meant for fabrics and when it dries its still very very pliable so it doesn't crack. It held up for over a year until I sold it and I'm sure its still holding now.
