Default Warning light?

This morning I was driving into work on the highway, cruising around 70 mph. All of a sudden I hear this beep like tone and when I look down to the guage cluster I see this light on the dash light up in red. The light looked like this (!).

I normally see this when I start the jeep, but never when I am driving. What is it trying to tell me? Everything looked fine, temp normal, no noise or strange feel. Just a beep and that light. Then less then 30 seconds later the light goes off and didn't come back.

Anyone have an idea of what this is from?

I think that's the TPMS telling you you gotta low tire.

That's what it is...interesting to note, when the vehicle is parked for any length of time in zero to sub-zero weather, the TPMS also goes off...ignore...a few miles of warming up those doughnuts takes care of that alarm.

I had that happen when I was up snowboarding - must have checked my tires 15 times in 20 minutes. Nothing...

Then, after a bit of driving - it was gone.

I'll have to go check the tires then. I know it doesn't have to do with the cold based on where I live that just isn't possible . You would think that it would say something on the screen rather then just giving you a (!)

It does, but you have to read that thing in your glove compartment that came with the Jeep. It is in a canvas green bag.

On a side note...glad I dont have TPMS, cause I would have been in here wondering WTF it was also
