URGENT !diferential disengaged its that normal ?
Hi guys the other day i took my rubicon 2007 to a mountain for a little fun and i notice that went i put the 4lo and the transmition in drive down hill i dont know if its the transmition shift to second gear or its that the difenrential disengaged but it starting going from 2 or 4 mph to almost 12 and it looks thats if i didnt apply the brakes maybe past de 25mph. i remember my old 2004 that went i put 4lo it almost stop and i felt secure everyway i go downhill. its this common on the 2007? or its mine. please let me know because i think this its a safety matter. thanks

Like Sv650 said - use the gears just like you would in a manual. In 4 LO/1st gear you'll crawl down anything.
First time I took mine out in the woods to test all the toys I couldn't get the lockers to engage in 4 LO. They kept blinking at me but wouldn't lock up. About 30 yards later the transfer case popped out of gear. Learned the hard way where low range really is!
