Default Ugly stickers

Ok I'm new to the forum as I have just ordered my 2009 JK 4dr x. Please let me slide with the profile but its my CJ 7 and I dont get my JK for a few weeks. I was holding out for a diesel or hemi but I just couldn't wait any longer. My first order of business when my jk comes in is to get rid of the ugly x stickers on the sides. Has anyone been successful at doing this?

Grab your wifes hair dryer and warm them up and should come right off, sticky stuff and all.

Welcome to the board as well.

Oh yeah, and if it's a warm day they'll just ease off right nice like. You can pick up some nice JK-Forum stickers to replace them--that's what I did. And, while you're at it. how about that silly, chrome "JEEP" on the nose? I used a small screwdriver to gently pry each letter off.

I've been thinking about peeling off my Sahara stickers. I love all the stuff the Sahara comes with, but I'm not crazy about the logo itself.

Like others have said, hairdryer will help get them off.

Still need to do this myself, along with the dealer sticker and Jeep emblems.

I didn't even use a hairdryer, but it was May on Southern Ca, and was most likely warm.

How do you get those JK stickers. I want one.

it was about 20 degrees when i took my x stickers off and i tried to peel them off without the hairdryer they didnt budge and only little pieces chipped off. so i tried the hairdryer and it worked like a charm everything peeled right off glue and everything

And you can get the jk stickers from project-jk : http://www.project-jk.com/store/
