my clock has been slow since I bought the thing. But the past year or so I've noticed my power locks will not lock intermittently. It's few and far between, but it kinda sucks when I can't get them to lock. Doesn't matter whether I use the key fob or the door switch... it clicks like it's going to lock but the doors don't physically lock. It unlocks without a problem. Wonder is this TSB with replacing the remote entry module would fix that. Dealer can't reproduce the problem.

Just confirmed this with my own clock this morning. iPhone said 6:38 and Jeep clock said 6:28. The clock was set from the dealership, but I sync'ed it with the same phone for DST in the fall. And obviously, the Jeep clock runs slow....

Mine used to lose about 2 minutes a month.
In the past few months, it has lost less than 2 minutes total.
If this is a TSB shouldn't they fix it for everyone affected regardless of milage?

Technical Service Bulletins are only a guide to direct the technician toward a fix for a common problem.
They are paid for under the provisions of the warranty in effect for the vehicle.
Warranty expired? Owner pays for the parts and labor.

Once is a great while, I have seen the dealer cover a TSB out of warranty.

I am currently at dealership waiting for this to be fixed. I am waiting longer because apparently after the new module was put in, now the tpms doesnt work and the light is on. They are waiting for chrysler to figure it out.

Update.

They ended up not putting the new one in, they couldnt figure out the tpms. They put the old wcm module back in and the light is still on. Very annoying.

I returned my super chips back to stock, hopefully that didnt effect anything.

A lot of trouble for a clock that runs a few minutes slow...
