Default Transmission fluid cocktail

I used to do a redline cocktail in my Subaru and it really worked well anyone try a cocktail in there 6 speed? if so what did you use and what was the outcome?

No cocktail here, but I use Amsoil synchromesh as well. I usually don't post in fluid threads, but I could tell a nice difference over stock fluids when I went with it. Smoother shifts and more quiet without a doubt. YMMV.

I will second amsoil in all it's greatness. Every vehicle I have owned had it. My last car was a 6 speed and amsoil clutch fluid along with its manual trans fluid and additive was wayyy better than anything else it had.

I used the cocktail In My sti I also run ams oil in the trans and transfer case. Redline in the diffs
