Default Trans Cooler Line Rupture?

Anyone ever experience this? Not sure if this is a cooler line but it runs along the axle and is hemorrhaging fluid at the end of the braided hose line. Jeep sat for a week and pulled out of the driveway and saw a puddle in the driveway.

If I’m looking at that right it’s a brake line. What color is the fluid?

What is leaking out is coming from the hose above the hard brake line you see.

I'm not familiar with the 3.8L and how the tranny line runs there, but I would say you seem to be on the proper path, and that line needs to be replaced.

Confirmed as trans cooler line. The metal line rusted through and is why the trans fluid was pouring out. $170 part and now back in business.
