Default track bar

Having shimmy problems does this look like its starting to wallow or just me there is a good 1/8" to 3/16" from its original location could this be the cause, sorry for the pic no more will upload

Washer might be oversized, I'd pull the bolt to see. Also look to see if the inner hole is concentric to the outer ring of the track arm. If so the bushing needs to be replaced and if your bolt is all threads without a shoulder replace that also.
