Default TPMS trouble(?)

The start of cold weather is driving me nuts. I can't seem to find the happy place to keep the TPMS off without going up very high on the tire pressure. I like the softer ride I get at 30-32 PSI. Should I be leveling the tire pressures in the morning when it's cool or later in the day when the temp'. has gone up?

Be shure to keep the same air pressure in the spare otherwise it will go off.
