just leave them buckled all the time.....no noise.

With my doors off, or even sometimes with the windows down, its my drivers seatbelt that flaps the worst, and it is buckled all the time!

Even at 70+ mph I have no issues.... Or, maybe I don't notice the noise cause of the wind and my radio blasting some pearl jam.....

I put mine inside the plastic molding... I've gotta say this is one of the best things I've done since I got the Jeep.
