Your rims are 7.5" wide. According to the BF Goodrich site you would be safe around 11-11.5" wide or 285/75 or 29575. They don't make much over a 32 or 33 that is only 11.5" wide. I am sure others may have gone wider. However Mickey Thompson lists a 33x12.50 (Baja Radial MTX) 17 for a 7-10" rim width. Figure out the type of tire you want and go to the manufacturers website and see what they recommend.

I just had some Hankook DynaPro MT RT03's, 315/70/17 (approx 34.5" tall) mounted on some Jeep Commander Hulk wheels which are 17x7.5 (same size as the stock 17's.) They fit well, and I think they should look good on my Red Rock Unlimited Rubicon once it comes in. Here are a few pictures. That's a stock ride height 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII LSC in the background for reference.

Check out what people are saying about them. They say they are only slightly louder that an AT tire and a lot quieter that other MT's they have owned.
