I believe Moog sells some.

That's what it feels like at 70-75+ MPH, directly under the driver floorboard, no sounds though. I've checked under the Jeep, couldn't find anything. Figured it might be the mud shield.

Do they fit the factory center piece? If so do you know the part number?

That is for the draglink though. I was wondering about the TRE. Anyone know about them.

Moog sells replacement ends for the tie rod. I ordered them. Unfortunately, when I went to install them, I found out that the passenger side tie rod end is not removable or replaceable with an aftermarket end. I could have replaced the driver's side end, and that would have helped a lot with the slop, but I decided to send back the ends and get two drag link ends to use with a new RK tie rod.

Thumbs up Are your tie rod ends loose?

If you suspect you have loose tie rod ends here is a fast and easy way to check your Jeep out! I hope it helps! ~shaun

Default Bad Drag link or bad auto shop?

I have had no problem with my jeep. My tires were old and getting bald so I bought new ones and forgot to get an alignment. Went in for an inspection and failed. Was told that I have to replace drag links because of too much play in the wheel. (Not a reputable place). Can not having an alignment cause it to fail inspection?

Not having an alignment won't cause a failure for inspection but if the ends have excessive play then they can fail you.

When they say "too much play in the wheel"- are they referring to the steering wheel or a wheel on the ground? Some states do dictate an amount of allowable play in the steering wheel but usually movement at the wheels will be ball joints or wheel bearings. There's a lot more money to be made on ball joints, potentially wheel bearings as well with the price mark up's.
