the body shop manager at my dealer was awesome! he lives by my house and he picked up my JK in the evening and dropped off my loaner car (2008 Pontiac G6) and then took my jeep to the body shop at the dealer and repainted both pillar mounts because they were bubbling. and when i picked the jeep up it was all clean, except they put on dealer license plate brackets and stickers which i took off... that was the body shop maneger. Service Manager was way different... they had my JK for two days working on my death wobble (stock wrangler ST tires) and they never gave me a loaner at the time i had less then 10K on her

When the tranny in my Focus went out, I got a Dakota as a loaner... I was sad to get my Focus back.

Those Dakotas haul ass. (at least when compared to a Focus.)

If its a comparable vehicle take it wheeling and bring it back covered in mud. If it'll make it back.

Should have got it lifted and charged the bill to the dealer. Then go off-roading like never before. Wouldn't bring it back clean like the picture, bring it back dirty.

Wait if you have the extended warranty you get a loaner car when your Jeep goes under the knife?

I think dealers have a different idea of comparible. When I say compariable I mean same number of doors, similar engine size, same drive type (4wd vehicle would get 4wd loaner). To a dealer comparible means it runs and its cheap.
