I had my doors and top off most of the summer. One morning I had to go into work early, around 4:00 am.I thought since there was no rain in the forecast i would take the Jeep.It was 49 degrees.I had a jacket but I thought my ears were going to freeze and fall off! I turned the the heat on high, aimed the vents at my head and drove into work sitting as close to dash as I could get. That was a long 30 miles. But next week I did it again. It's a Jeep thing.

As soon as it regularly gets down below 70 I put mine up, and I avoid messing with it anytime its below that temperature. The reason being that in colder temperatures the top loses elasticity and when you stretch it out it seems to lose the ability to tighten up again. I had this problem with my TJ and after a year or two it had a noticeable increase of flapping in the wind (up or down).

I agree, once it gets to a point where its constantly down in the 60's, it will not be fun trying to get that top back up where it belongs.

Amen.
I took mine down on a warm day in October, then tried to put it up on a 45 degree day later in the month and it was like wrasslin' a gator.

My top is still off with morning temps in the 40s this past week. I figure that as long as I can stand it the top will be off.

Doors and top are off until the morning temps start to hit 50 every day. Ive got 20 mile commute and it can get a bit chilly.

You should be fine. The heater gets so hot you won't even need it blasting on high.
