just take a flat head screwdriver and push it to "unlock". it just slides over, not hard.

Just took my doors off today for the first time since I owned the jeep. Love it. those plugs are a pain, but after doing them a few times, they comeout fairly quick. its the nylon strap through the hook thats a bitch

Ive had my doors off a couple times now and i have t6o say that the biggest pain with it, is storing them. The paint is so...i guess you could say soft that when i leaned them on my work bench it took a little off the inside.

I find that if I roll down the window and reach through from "outside" to the handle inside the door, that they're much easier to carry. Also, with the front doors you can stash the dangling cable in the door storage pocket.

When you take the strap thing off the hook thing, be careful not to let the door thing open to far or the mirror thing will hit the body thing and put a nice big dent thing in your new Jeep thing.
I know this from experience. Just put my first dent thing in my 3 week old JK thing. Oh well, I guess it had to happen sometime.
I feel like an Idiot thing, so stupid.................................
