If you wanna stay in a jeep, take the deal.
On another not, my friend just got her '10 4dr bought back for full price because it had some sort of leak in the floor board that couldn't be fixed.

test drive a new jeep, day and night difference, my wife has a 2012 i have a 09 and big difference, only thing that keeps me in mine is the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty

I live in Pgh and had a similar problem with my Jeep. I would call a lemon law lawyer. Greg Artim in Irwin is extremely knowledgeable and if I am not mistaken, the manufacturer pays all the fees.

Good luck, I think that pushing for a little better deal with the trade will be the best route. You won't get 0%, but if you search around the interest rates are really good right now. Assuming you had to qualify for the 0%, you should be able to get a low one.

Unless you have another vehicle you can drive while you are fighting this I would take their offer. If you qualify for 0% you will most likely qualify for a low interest loan. You can be done with it and be in 2012 which you will immediately say is worth the difference in interest.
BTW... I got 2.49% for 60 months on mine and that seems reasonable.
