Default Sway bars and tire pressure?

I'm new to 4x4ing, thought a JK would be a good place to start. I'm going up to a trail this weekend and I was just wondering where or how you stow the sway bars after disconnecting them. Do you disconnect the front and rear or just the front? What about tire pressure, what do you usually drop it down to? 20 psi?
