Default Sunrider vs regular

Hey guys,

I just got a used 07 Rubicon this week, and I was trying to figure out if I have a regular or a sunrider soft top. It has been raining here all week so I havent had a chance to take the top down. How can I tell what I have?

Thanks

Open the front door and look along the top rail of the soft top, if you have a collar that slides front to back and a clip that is attached to the plastic door frame, it is a sunrider.

Here are a couple of pics off the internet. The "arrow" I drew shows what to look for. The plastic sleeve will slide forward on the soft top rail and reveal a hinge point to fold back the sunrider portion...

If you have a Sunrider your door surrounds will have this latch too. If the top isn't a Sunrider, there will just be a couple holes in the surround where the latch is located on the Sunrider tops. Hope this helps. You must have bought a 2 door, as I think all 4 doors come with Sunrider tops standard. I may be wrong about that though.
