Are you saying that there were issues after you reattached the sunrider to the header? Or was this while the sunrider was folded back? If the latter, it is normal to have buffeting at speed with the sunrider back and all windows rolled up and zipped in.

Sounds normal to me. It's all sealed nice and tight. If you crack your window (drivers or passengers), you'll notice the suction is gone.

If you want to have fun, turn on the a/c and watch the rear/side windows suck in, then turn on your recirculate button, the windows now expand out

You're supposed to remove the back window when you drive over 40mph with the sunrider flipped back.

Where does it say that?
I've driven 80mph with the sunrider top open and just the front windows down with no problems.

Ive driven with it sunrider position and rear windows in going 70mph and had no issues so far, but the manual does say:

NOTE: If you are going to be driving faster than 40 mph
(64 km/h) with the Sunrider feature open, it is recommended
that you remove the rear window of the vehicle
Page 178 (manual can be downloaded from link in my sig)

It's normal if you have the air on recirculate.
Turn off recirculate and they will puff out.
