Anyone know of or have experience with a strange sound that seems to happen at low idle and low speed, more so when braking but not always. From what I can tell its not the belt, definatly not the steering, I don't think its the breaks because I can make it happen without touching them. It souds kinda like a belt but my belt is tight and in good shape. I can't figure it out and its driving me nuts

is it like when to flat metal surfaces rub lightly? like chhhsssss chhhssssss i don't know, something like that?
