Strange power loss
Hello everyone!
I have JK 2008 model year, mileage 120 000 km (approx 75 000 miles), gasoline 3.8L V6.
Serviced frequently, recently has cleaned injectors. When cleaning injectors we noticed that the left exhaust manifold has a crack and slightly sucks the air.
A few days later we changed it to a new one. Not an original, but not an cheap Chinese.
Immediately after I left workshop I felt noticeable power decrease.
The car ceased to react the last third part of accelerator.
Repairers shrug ... Well it as always … )))) Workshop works only with wranglers.
But now together puzzled why it happened.
No other work on the engine were made.
If there are experts on engines or who had a similar problem, I will be glad to hear your comments and suggestions.
