Default Strange humming sound

Forgive me if this has been posted somewhere else but I have been looking and can't figure this out. So here goes.

Jeep is stock and only has 33 inch Duratracs on it. When driving at around 65mph there is a strange humming sound that I can hear and feel ( slight vibration ) coming from which seems to be the front of the jeep. I feel it in the gas pedal and then it magically disappears.

I originally thought it could be the tires but I just bought a new set of Duratracs ( 2nd round with them ) and it is still happening. Not really sure how to describe the sound but it sounds like a little CRV with a massive exhaust on it, just not as loud.

Once I hit anything over 65mph it's gone and anything before that it's not there. Everything is aligned correctly, new tires are balanced properly and I know it's not the humming from the tires ( Duratracs are pretty quiet ).

Is it a leak? And if so, wouldn't the humming be there no matter what?

Thanks!

Maybe check for loose/vibrating heat shield.

Sounds like a driveline vibration to me. Check you drive shafts and pinions for any play

Take it in to a driveline shop and have them take a look.

Hmm. There is lots of noises at 65+ mph with a jeep.

Maybe wheel bearing

Running them at 36psi. They are pretty quiet for having an aggressive tread pattern. Maybe I'm just used to them

I'll check to see if there is any play. Hopefully I can find out what is causing it.

Ain't that the truth. This is my 4th Jeep so I am used to all the interesting noises the jeep makes.

Just want to make sure nothing is going bad on the jeep.

To rule thing out thy running 32 psi. If still noisesy try the upper like 38-40 psi. How long has this set been on mileage wise?
