I've got stock 18" rims from a 2007 Sahara with about 60,000 miles on them. The only wear I can see is the significant break dust and general dirt on the inside-facing wall. If I don't plan on rock crawling any time soon, what sort of life expectancy can i expect from these? Can I slap on some new tires and expect another 5 years of life from them? BTW, my jeep is a 2010, these rims are takeoffs from my last jeep so I could conceivably have these for another 5 years if they'll make it.

To give the OP credit, I think I know what he may be getting at. Aluminum rims tend to suffer more from cracks & fractures when placed under stress than steel rims, so maybe he wanted to know how they stand up to offroad abuse.
I've hit curbs at 50MPH and blown tires (young & foolish motorhead days in old cars with bad 70's suspension & brakes but big V8 motors) on steel rims without even denting them, but cracked modern alloy rims with low profile tires by just hitting potholes at moderate speed; probably why most aftermarket offroad rims are steel?
