Default stock rear bumper hook

I had to remove the "stock" hook on my rear bumber to put the hitch on my JK. Is there a way to use that stock hook and mount it on on side of my rear bumper? I am thinking about the hook for pulling me out of trouble like today when i got stuck in sand.

If i can not use the stock hook, is there another hook i can get for the corners of the back of my JK?

thanks in advance for god or bad news....

Go with one of these, several companies make them.

I installed the Rugged Ridge Hitch on my JK and left the factory hook on. Would that hinder anything by not removing it??

Early years the tow hook mounted to the same spot the hitch goes. i.e. middle of the crossmember.

I ordered my 12 JKR with the factory hitch. It came from the factory with the hook bolted under the bumper at the right corner of the license plate.
