Can you put 35s on a jk with stock suspension if you take off the fenders?

They fit for some but RUB if other than on road. 2dr rubicon is one that I seen stock on 35s
Should be ok without fenders if not to twisty off road.

Then just get some tube fenders for a grand. You can run the larger tires (35's), not look funny and be street legal in TX.

Yes you can but will rub offroad.Stock 2007 JK with 35 terra Grapplers and 17" moto metal 950 wheels
